1. Buddha is as Buddha Does: The Ten Original Practices for Englightened Living, by Lama Surya Das
The message of this book awakens. The honesty inside left me changed after reading. Every night when I’d read a few more pages, I’d feel different — so different that I could no longer keep up certain patterns. This book is one to keep on the shelf and read again every year as a refresher.
2. The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle
The present is where we live. This book provides tips to constantly recenter and come back to the present — where our true power thrives.
